*Orders received without custom load out information will be held and marked as Additional Information Required while all the information is being gathered. The order will be held for one year from the purchase date. After the one year has ended, we will issue a store credit for the order.
Design your own Battle Foam Medium size tray to fit your army's specific needs. You can use the Custom Tray Creator to determine your tray's layout. You can also trace your customized models and the Battle Foam Design Team will design your tray.
When designing custom trays to fill your bag, remember to add 1/4 inch (6 mm) to every tray to allow space for the bottoms.
You can attach your Custom Tray Creator design to this item and then click "Add to Cart". Your design will be submitted with your online order.
You may also submit your designs by emailing them to infouk@battlefoam.com. Please reference your name and order number when sending your information.

Custom Challeger Tank Tray for Team Yankee
Excellent custom tray for my new Challenger Tanks for Team Yankee, cut for the most part to my specs with a slight alteration to the gun barrel width as the tray maker wouldn't go as low as I wanted it. Enough slots for a full troop with 2 HQ and 6 more challies. It's a shame BF don't put custom trays on there website to save build times.

Very nice product so happy for my X-Wing miniatur. 6 weeks delay but nice quality. New foam most hard perfect size.

BFM tray for X-wing Miniatures
First I want to create some tray to fit to my collection : including the doubles to construct your army. But at least, it's more effective to create this kind of trays because the starships are well protected and the trays take less place in your bags than standards ones! The point added to this : the back of the tray is rigid so it gives to the tray the stability compares to DIY foams.

Great product but not that cheep!
Ordered a custom tray and although the tray is fine, I feel with the vat and shipping costs it's just not worth the money spent. £29 for one custom tray which is not actually delivered to your home you have to go and pick it up from the local drop off shop. Hi Battle Foam Customer Thank you for your great review of your made by hand, Custom Design Tray. Unfortunately, the addition of VAT and shipping Costs are out of our control; however, please note for future orders, that a UPS Access Point box can hold the equivalent of a fully loaded P.A.C.K Air plus a few trays.

The custom cut is incredible, and there was even room to write the name of the tray into the foam. Both tray's I've bought look great, I will definitely be buying more custom trays.

Excellent all round!
My custom design was for a baneblade and 3 sentinels to fit in a 4" deep medium sized tray. Everything fits perfectly! Customer service was just fantastic! Highly recommended
