*Orders received without custom load out information will be held and marked as Additional Information Required while all the information is being gathered.  The order will be held for one year from the purchase date.  After the one year has ended, we will issue a store credit for the order.

Design your own GW size tray to fit your army's specific needs.  You can use the Custom Tray Creator to determine your tray's layout.  You can also trace your customized models and the Battle Foam Design Team will design your tray.

When designing custom trays to fill your bag, remember to add 1/4 inch (6 mm) to every tray to allow space for the bottoms.

You can attach your Custom Tray Creator design to this item and then click "Add to Cart".  Your design will be submitted with your online order. 

You may also submit your designs by emailing them to infouk@battlefoam.com.  Please reference your name and order number when sending your information.

    We have a mega army of Space Marines and Chaos Marines and finding the right foam to accommodate them without them getting damaged was near on impossible. Due to the vast range of sizes and shapes no other foam would do and it was really easy to create. Delivery states 4/5 weeks but I received them before then and everything was exactly how I had designed. I still need more foam but Battle Foam is the only place to shop, if you truly value your models.

    I've ordered two custom trays from Battlefoam now, and they are both superb quality and built to the exact spec I wanted. Their Customer Services are very friendly and helpful (especially Jemma!) and have kept me up to date with my order process. On top of this they helpfully mentioned that the box my order would be coming in would fit another tray if I wanted to order a extra one without additional delivery costs! Will definitely buy more trays for my rapidly expanding collection!!

    I had designed several custom cut trays for my Dark Angels Space Marines and the Crimson Fist Space Marines. The drawings included various Bikes, Dark Talons, Tanks and Marine conversions, and BattleFoam made ​​it down the smallest details, from my drawings. Can only highly recommend BattleFoams Custom Cut Trays and their Custom Tray Creator. Really nice work from BattleFoam
