There is a lifetime warranty on all foam. This lifetime warranty only covers glue separation and does not cover ripped or torn trays. Defective foam trays can be returned and exchanged for the exact same item. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed; however, Battle Foam® will ship the replacement foam at no extra cost. Custom foam trays or foam trays with custom text and logos cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
There is a 90 day guarantee on all bags found to be defective due to manufacturing defects. Bags deemed defective can be exchanged for the exact matching product. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed; however, Battle Foam® will ship the replacement bag at no extra cost. Customers who purchased their bag from their Local Friendly Game Store must have a valid receipt of purchase and must show a date no later than 90 days to qualify.
There is a 1 year limited warranty on all bags no matter where they are purchased. In this case, the customer may fix the bag locally. Please complete the following form and send to email@example.com PRIOR to repairing the bag for Battle Foam®’s approval. Entire form must be completed and pictures of the bag and its damages must be included in the email. You also need to provide the receipt from where the bag was purchased. Please do not have any repairs done before approval of the warranty issue. No refund will be given if no manufacturer defects are to be found. This is left to the discretion of Battle Foam®.

All damaged products and warranty issues will be inspected and an exchange will be granted by Battle Foam® at its discretion.
Please understand if you send a product back that has not been approved for exchange you will be liable for shipping charges to return the product. We reserve the right to refuse any warranty claim if found to be unwarranted.
