Battle Foam Large Pluck Foam Tray (BFL)

I have two of these, one for a Shadowsword and one for a Wraithknight; I'm pretty pleased with the fit for both. My only regret is that the tray does not come in a depth greater than 4.5 inch as it's slightly too short for my Wraithknight, but this is due to the posing of the model. Overall I'd say it's really useful product for those larger or awkwardly shaped models.

The foam is pretty decent stuff and does the job. My only issues are that the 1" trays are not 1" and 1 of them is 3/4" and the other 7/8" and so is useless for anything with a 25mm base as they stick out. The deeper trays have 1" squares which isn't great and reduces what you can fit in a tray. All the trays also are not aligned properly so that the cuts for the pluck are not centred. One edge the cuts start 1" away from the edge and the other side is very close to the edge, so not great. The pluck foam is quick for getting models protected but the custom foam is much better. I wouldn't buy this product again. Battle Foam Says: Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry you are not happy with your pluck foam trays. We are particularly concerned about the irregular height comment. The 1" tray should provide 25mm of protection. We issue a replacement immediately if a manufacturing error has been made.
