The P.A.C.K. (Personal Army Combat Kit) 216 can fit 4 inches (102 mm) of Battle Foam Large size foam trays or 2x stacks of 4 inch (102 mm) Battle Foam Small size foam trays. Its rugged black, kevlar exterior protects a hard plastic interior built for strength and durability. Its design includes a zipper on the bottom to allow attachment to the P.A.C.K. 1520 XL and P.A.C.K. Plus. It was also designed for airport travel and meets all FAA regulations for carryon luggage.

With the half tray standard load out, you will receive the following foam trays to fill the bag:

• 2x Battle Foam Small Universal Troop Foam Tray - 1.5 inch (38 mm) thick tray with 16x 1 x 1 1/2 inch (25 x 38 mm) cut outs, 7x 2 1/4 x 1 inch (57 x 25 mm) cut outs, 2x 2 1/4 x 1 1/2 inch (57 x 38 mm) and 1x 2 3/4 x 2 1/4 inch (70 x 57 mm) cut outs. 
• 1x Battle Foam Small 3 inch (76 mm) thick Pluck Foam Tray. The pluck foam pieces are 1 inch (25 mm) squares.  At times, pluck foam trays may require an exacto blade to cut through portions of the foam.
• 1x Battle Foam Large Topper
