4.5 inch (114 mm) thick tray with 1x 4 x 1 1/4 inch ( 102 x 32 mm) cut out, 8x 3 x 1 1/2 inch ( 76 x 38 mm) cut outs, 1x 3 1/4 x 2 1/4 inch ( 83 x 57 mm) cut out and 1x 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 inch ( 57 x 57 mm) cut out.
