- Select from our Pre-Designed Selection of Battle Foam Large Trays (15.5W x 12L)
- Custom Design your Trays (Click Here for the Custom Tray Creator)
- Trace your Models for a Unique Design (Click Here for tracing instructions)
- All of the above!
When you are selecting trays to fill your bag, please add a 1/4 inch (6 mm) to every tray's thickness to allow space for the bottoms.
We will include foam toppers for any extra space that is left in the bag. Custom text or logos are not available on the toppers.
Battle Foam Small Foam Trays are not included in the custom load out, but can be purchased separately.
SELECTING PRE-DESIGNED TRAYS:
- Browse our library of pre-designed Battle Foam Large foam trays before you choose to design your own. These trays are categorized by army for easy searching.
- Next, you'll need to locate the height of the tray to make sure your selection will fit in the bag. The tray height will be listed under each tray description. Take this number, and add a 1/4". You'll need to follow this step for each tray you are putting into the bag. Example: A 6 inch thick tray will total 6.25" with the bottom added.
- Type in the tray SKU under the "Standard Tray List" box of the custom load out. If more than one thickness is offered, please specify.
DESIGNING YOUR OWN TRAYS:
If you choose to design your trays, our Custom Tray Creator is a great tool that allows you to design every inch of foam to fit your army's specific needs. By using the custom tray creator, you ensure your load out will turn out exactly as you want. If at any time you require assistance in how to build your custom trays, please contact us via chat, email, or call us at +44 (0) 1702 462 017.
- You will want to select the "Battle Foam Large" tray size for this bag. Custom text is available on the trays where available. It is very important that you select your own height for your custom tray.
- Once your tray design has been completed, save it as a .jpg, and upload to the cart.
TRACING YOUR MODELS:
You may also provide traces that the designers will use to build your load out. All traces require a ruler on the side of the page for scaling purposes (a printable .pdf can be found here). Please keep in mind that this type of order will be left completely up to the discretion of the designer. By using this method, you understand that some variations in the design may occur. Unless the custom tray creator is used to design your trays, overall finish will be solely left up to our staff. Blueprints can be emailed upon request.
SIZE COMPARISON:
Please allow 4-5 weeks for design and production of custom foam. A representative will contact you prior to any changes made to your custom load out.

(1520) P.A.C.K. 1520 XL Molle
I bought the case for an event in October. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of the product. The foam inserts and custom foam cutting service has been excellent wirh the material being more robust than similar provided by competitors. The case itself looks good and having wheels means it it very handy, especially when traveling for events. My sole negative is the quality of the luggage handle which is not as robust as I would have hopped and the reason this is 4 instead of 5 starts. Perfectly serviceable but at this price point I would have expected something of higher quality. I plan to buy more storage/transportation solutions in the future from Battlefoam and hope any criticism is taken constructively to improve the product further.

Lots of space - difficult to load.
I havent used 1520 before. It’t the only bag that fit all my models, but it was a bit difficult to fully load. There is too much friction between th foam trays. I’d preferred if the top was also openable, like on the 720. You could do it in two ways: with the front zipper continue around the top of the bag or with one zipper opening the bottom and one side of the front, and another opening three sides of the top. BATTLE FOAM: Thank you for taking the time to review your P.A.C.K 1520 Custom Load Out. Regarding loading in and removing trays, we can advise that this gets easier over time, especially as trays 'loosen up'. We can also advise that P.A.C.K 1520 is designed to hold a MAX of 21.5". Keeping your load out below the MAX will also help. Thanks again!

(1520) P.A.C.K. 1520 XL MOLLE CUSTOM LOAD OUT (BLACK)
Brilliant quality, tough bag and really nice trolley wheel feature. customer service is ace they all ways help me bimble through trying to fit custom trays the right size for the box. I'd like the lid to lift open like the smaller bags so you don't have to slide trays out of the front.

Well worth investment
Got this a few months ago but waited with the review until it had proven it's worth on an airplane, which it did fairly well! I'm very impressed with the capacity of the case, I've filled mine with 3 Fellblades, 8 Predators, a Sicaran, 3 Land Raiders, 2 Malcadors, 2 Rhinos and a Contemptor and I still have room left! It's great for transport but also keeping your models stored away where they wont get dusty. And for actually getting your stuff from point A to point B it is pretty decent, the wheels and pull bar is super handy, although a bit rickety and prone to collapse by itself while not being used to pull, but it's not really an issue. The wheels could have been a bit more spaced as the high point of gravity make it prone to falling to the side if dragged over uneven ground. The carry handle is pretty basic making it pretty uncomfortable lifting the case for more than a minute, but luckily you don't have to lift it very often cause of the wheels. The models make the trips pretty good, I have had some bits fall off during the way, but those are exposed parts like exhausts and oil barrels that tend to fall off anyway after frequent use. The models sit very snuggly in the foam as they are very well cut, but if you are getting deep foam trays, make sure to get something to stuff them with as there is a bit of a gap for them to move up and down. Overall I thought it was a bit pricey at first, but I soon found it to be a well worth investment, as it is far superior to any alternative I could find. It has made both storing and transporting my army a simple thing rather than a project.

Best in the business
Brilliant, I was not convinced the first time I bought battlefoam, but after taking my army up and down from the highlands of Scotland to London and back it has proven its worth time and again to me. Easily best on the market
