Design your own Battle Foam Large (15.5W x 12L") size tray to fit your army's specific needs. You can use the Custom Tray Creator to determine your tray's layout. You can also trace your customized models and the Battle Foam Design Team will design your tray.
When designing custom trays to fill your bag, remember to add 1/4 inch (6 mm) to every tray to allow space for the bottoms.
You can attach your Custom Tray Creator design to this item and then click "Add to Cart". Your design will be submitted with your online order.
You may also submit your designs by emailing them to infouk@battlefoam.com. Please reference your name and order number when sending your information.
If you did not use Battle Foam's Custom Tray Creator to design your Custom Tray and/or your Custom Design includes Custom Traces, please check the Yes box: USED OTHER DESIGN TOOL OR TRACES. Final custom tray design will be emailed for approval before production begins.
If you want us to include the Cutouts so you can create your own cutout height spacers, please check the Yes box: LEAVE THE CUTOUTS IN MY CUSTOM TRAYS.

I'll be back
This is already my second set of custom trays for another Rum & Bones faction. The tray size is non-standard but Battle Foam cut down a larger one to the size I needed. This time I produced the design outside of the custom tray creator to get better precision. I was extremely happy with the result. I cut into the foam in one of the corners to provide a recess for the boards which worked out great. Only one area that I can see could be improved and that would be the trimming of the backing foam to be better aligned with the main tray. This was the only thing that knocked it down from 5 stars.

Great Foam Storage and Desgined as i wanted
All in all the use and quality of the product is absolutely great. My only complaint was the time taken to get all and shipped to me. When they say 6 weeks + they mean this! This was made clear and i accepted it because i was getting exactly the spec i wanted for each layer. Just seems a long lead time in this day an age. Despite this i will use this service again when i finish painting my next lot of templars as the quality is superior to other brands in my opinion. Battle Foam Says: Thank you for taking the time to review our Custom Design work. Each Custom Design is made by hand with an advised production time of 4 weeks; however, during our SALES, when production levels considerably increase, we advise 6-8 weeks for production of Custom Design orders.
