*Orders received without custom load out information will be held and marked as Additional Information Required while all the information is being gathered.  The order will be held for one year from the purchase date.  After the one year has ended, we will issue a store credit for the order.

Design your own Battle Foam Large (15.5W x 12L") size tray to fit your army's specific needs.  You can use the Custom Tray Creator to determine your tray's layout.  You can also trace your customized models and the Battle Foam Design Team will design your tray.

When designing custom trays to fill your bag, remember to add 1/4 inch (6 mm) to every tray to allow space for the bottoms.

You can attach your Custom Tray Creator design to this item and then click "Add to Cart".  Your design will be submitted with your online order. 

You may also submit your designs by emailing them to infouk@battlefoam.com.  Please reference your name and order number when sending your information.

If you did not use Battle Foam's Custom Tray Creator to design your Custom Tray and/or your Custom Design includes Custom Traces, please check the Yes box:  USED OTHER DESIGN TOOL OR TRACES.  Final custom tray design will be emailed for approval before production begins.  

If you want us to include the Cutouts so you can create your own cutout height spacers, please check the Yes box: LEAVE THE CUTOUTS IN MY CUSTOM TRAYS.

    Well, the foam has been a little special because it was smaller than the estandar size, now i can design better foams in future knowing how it can be done. For example, i thought with a 1,5x1 rectangle i could keep some miniatures there, because the base was 1, it was my mistake on the design, nothing with the product, next time i will put the 1,5x1,5 to get more space. Now my miniatures will travel with no risk...

    Everything was done perfectly and to specifications. I opted for having the cut outs remain in the slots and a custom "engraving" and all was well.

    It's great to be able to design your own tray. The tray is perfect. I even got cutouts (on request) for free.

    Well protected

    Apart from ordering too thick tray, the miniatures fit nicely into the cutouts. There is one misaligned joint in one of the cutouts (two 3" foams glued together) but otherwise everything looks perfect. I would wish they would leave coutouts inside since I combined tall and short models into the same tray and now I need some padding under the short models.     Perfect optimization

    This custom foam is ideal for my PACK 216 and can protect my collection of x-wings figurines. Expensive but the quality is present.

    Very good product, good quality foam, models fit nicely, maybe a bit too much room for movement in my opinion, but quality is good, a little bit expensive for my liking however
